The majority of our work is local, allowing our drivers to be home daily. Drivers completing over-the-road work are home at least two days each week.
In addition to company drivers, we retain a core group of independent owner-operators who are also a key to our success.
We provide one of the most comprehensive training programs in the industry. We go to great lengths to make sure our drivers and maintenance technicians are sufficiently trained to meet their job challenges.
New drivers are given an extensive orientation and one-on-one time with a driver-trainer. We ensure that each new driver is qualified and capable before they are certified to work without a driver-trainer.
